The group's award-winning project, in the protected area of El Olivar park.

Calle La Pinta 120-130 · San Isidro

Olivar52 stands in the protected reserve of El Olivar park, one of the few places in Lima where the city gives way to the trees.

That is exactly what the Lima International Biennial jury rewarded: a volume that settles into the existing skyline instead of imposing itself on it.

Twelve apartments over seven floors, each with a family room and a terrace or balcony.
