What we collect
Name, phone, email address and, where relevant, the project and apartment you are interested in and the message you write to us. The complaints book also collects your identity document and address, because the law requires it.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry, arrange visits and follow up with you about Grupo Iniciativa's projects. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses its own essential cookies and, only if you allow it, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. None of that loads without your permission, and you can change it at any time from the cookie link in the footer. The detail is in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to libertadores@iniciativa.pe. We will reply within the deadlines set by Peruvian Law No. 29733 and its regulations.
